High miles, but every record ever. Not seeing much rust underneath. Not as nice as the one from Oregon (plus black? Muh visible swirls!), but cheaper, closer, and still in great shape.

For those who may not remember, I have a bigly weakness for the T100. And like everything else I buy, they are stupid hard to find in good condition. 4x4s that are in good condition sell instantly and for way too damn much. I’ve owned a RWD pickup since I was 22, so I think I can handle it for a while longer. In spite of my want, I’ve never needed 4WD.

I also acknowledge I kind of just want to buy something for the sake of the novelty of it at times... Been two years since I bought a vehicle! TWOOOOOO!

There is a Tacoma TRD for sale near me. No idea on mileage, but it looks very nice from the road and they’re asking $1500 for it......

Those cloth seats look unnaturally stain-free. That’s a real find. I like that the cover on the bed makes it more versatile. One might even say you could c amp in it...

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since you bought the Sportcross.

So, is this T-100 thing gonna happen, or are we going back to the old days of space crab constantly posting interesting vehicles that he isn’t going to buy?  I’m on board either way, just wondering.

I might rather pay $1300 more (or maybe not that much if one can negotiate) more for 80K less miles, and an easier on the OCD paint color.

I think he’s probably $2,000 low. I found the listing yesterday only about two hours after he posted it. Going there today after work with the cash. I’ll ask him if he’ll take $4,000 even. It’s certainly priced to sell.

I honestly have no idea.  My wife bought that car new shortly before we met.  She didn’t let me drive it much, and she never resets the tripometer when she gets gas.

I’ll take a look at it tonight. It’s parked at a house in town here with a sign in front of it. Looks about like the black one you posted, only it’s a TRD model, whatever that means, I’m no Toyota guy.

Good luck with that endeavor. If you look up what any Taco goes for, you may see that 1500 is alarmingly low and probably a big nope.

Body looks good (again from the road), how the frame and such look is another question . I’ll grab the info and some pics tonight if it’s out there. I’ll do up a little post about it if I can get pics.

Guessing high mileage, has some issues, and dude just wants it gone.

Honestly I find a lot of “nice” vehicles hella cheap around here. People get hit with some obscene repair quote and they decide to sell it cheap. Such as my van that needed valve cover gaskets, rear brake lines, and rear shocks when we bought it for $600. The shop quoted them $1500 to fix it, cost me $75 in parts and a few hours one evening to fix it, and we got a van that to that point had been meticulously maintained.
